New ZealandFlow State! Where have you been all my life?!
I just started taking MyComplete about a month ago and all I can say really, is thank you!! As a long time sufferer of anxiety and general brain fog and insomnia, not to mention the fact that I'm currently living in a new town, looking after my friend who is going through cancer treatment, the changes I've experienced in the last month have been out the gate. I'm sleeping better than I ever have despite going through some pretty stressful times, my anxiety, which normally peaks when I'm stressed, is at an all time low and I'm finding I'm not as easily distracted when I'm in the middle of doing something, so I'm currently the most productive I've ever been! I'm in love with these supplements and will be ordering more soon!
