Having ASD & ADHD, I find this helps me wind down for the evening, and I also feel much more rested the next morning - which is something I have struggled with in the past.

Hubby wrinkled his nose when I first mentioned medicinal mushrooms because he thought they'd taste weird. But as part of our unwind routine, I've been slipping some into our nighttime chai tea and other than darken the colour, there isn't a strong taste. It's not just for night time, this is my go to for whenever I'm feeling like I need to slow down and take a chill pill.
No complaints here, just add half a teaspoon or so to my morning coffee, doesn't alter the taste and keeps me going all day even after a relatively sleepless night.
