I wrote a review after using Lion’s Mane for six weeks; l started taking the product because I had been affected by post-viral fatigue symptoms, including the “ fog brain” syndrome. In my initial review I noted the reduction in post-viral fog brain. After three months there has been a continued improvement as regards mental clarity, but also a considerable boost in energy, counter-acting the fatigue symptoms; before I had gone from a daily two hour gym work out to being unable to walk more than a city block and from an ordinarily chirpy person to a whining moaner. Now I am walking 13 kilometres per day with a far more positive attitude. I realise anecdotal self-reporting has little scientific value but for what my subjective experience is worth I have been so happy with the results and am going to keep taking the product.
