I have been taking ALL the mushies (except Alchemy and My Complete) on a daily basis for 2 years now and I wouldn't be without them. I take Alchemy if my body needs the extra boost. Apart from all their individual benefits, my hair is a better colour - it looks like I have put a colour in but I haven't since before I started the mushies. Previous owner Dave, thought it might be the result of taking one of the evening mushies! So I am not going to stop any of them!!! The bundle is a good price so it is the way to go for me. And these capsules are so easy to take.
