I got this bundle in October and didn't expect to notice much of a difference, I just love fungi and figured I would see if I noticed any difference. I researched different companies and liked the transparency Flow State had with their testing as many companies import from overseas and their products contain a lot of metal toxicity. This bundle was a great way to try all the good stuff at a small dose, without spending too much of it didn't work for me. About a month in I really noticed the difference. I had so much more motivation, energy, and I wasn't all over the place like I usually am. I have ADHD and Depression, and medication hasn't worked for me, but these have. I noticed when I ran out, a few weeks later everything went back downhill. I am back to order more and will make sure I don't run out again next time. Thoroughly impressed with how well these worked for me.

The 5 mushroom bundle was not for me as I reacted the total opposite to what was I wanted to achieve. They made me feel really wired. However, every person reacts differently. I have been through radiation and treatment for cancer which left me feeling very tired and with an extremely foggy brain - not even forgetting about things, but more like having them drop into a black hole, like events or conversations never happened. Then I met a lady at a coffee cart (as you do), who suggested I try the magic 'shrooms of Flow State, and I did, and they were indeed magic. I actually sleep less now than when undergoing raditation treatment, but it is a better quality of sleep and I wake up feeling refreshed. I can hold and remember conversations and places. There are still small gaps but nothing like they used to be, without the feeling of dragging myself through a day, just to collapse into a heap at nighttime. This, for me, has been a game changer - I have more of my normal life back and I feel amazing. I am taking the MyComplete, at the moment but might switch back to Turkey Tail for a while (I also tried Lion's Mane - Turkey Tail was my first, and therefore the most significantly noticeable improvement).
