Ive only taken these for 2 weeks. In the short time that i have taken them though i have noticed a clearer head and im adhd so a clear head doesn't come naturally lol! Im looking forward to seeing how i feel once the bottle is gone!

The reviews here lead you to believe you are going to have some kind of life changing experience. After reading about the health benefits of mushroom supplements I decided to try this mix. I have been taking 2 x capsules a day, but I can’t say these are life changing. I haven’t noticed a difference in my mental clarity or energy. My partner is taking them too, and he has not noticed anything either.
