I have been using Alchemy for 9 months now. I wouldn’t be without them now! I have not been sick properly for 9 months. A runny nose lasted me about 2 days. I feel amazing, I don’t feel as tired and run down anymore. Worth every penny!

After taking other Flow State capsules daily for a number of months and having excellent results, I decided to try adding Alchemy to my daily mix. I was intrigued by the fermentation aspect, as I’ve been trying to work on my digestive health after years of suffering from IBS and a bad bout of cryptosporidium back in 2022. I have just ordered my second batch and it is definitely remaining in my toolkit. Since adding Alchemy to my daily mix, I’ve experienced a significant improvement in my IBS symptoms, and along with the other Flow State supplements I take daily, my sleep has never been better and I’ve been able to keep better control of my ADHD as well. I don’t know if it’s related to the mushrooms or not but I haven’t caught a cold or tummy bug since October last year, even when my kids and partner have been home sick with them. I didn’t even catch Covid when they all had it a couple of months ago. I consider myself to be pretty sceptical when it comes to health products, and I always do my due diligence in checking the science and reading reviews. I don’t write this review lightly, and I hope that in reading this, others can benefit as greatly as I have from it. Thank you

I take either my complete or Alchemy. I find my moods are more balanced and my energy levels way above what i was expecting at 60. Ive been using as long as you have been making.

I've been taking the different options Flow state has to offer, from the powder am/pm mixes to the capsules (which have been great for bringing my very needed dose of mushrooms with me when travelling). I've been taking them mainly to help me with my post concussion symptoms (which - for those who never experienced a concussion- can go from headaches to emotional disorders and everything in between) . Taking the am/pm or the my complete and lions mane, has helped me feel more centred, concentrated, relaxed , sleep well at night and I also know that they are working well on my inmune system , guts etc. Now I bought the Alchemy to give them a try, but I have only started taking them five days ago, which is perfect timing as I've just got covid for the first time, I'm on day 2 and only had the first day as a bad flu with fever and all that, but today feeling way better already, so at this peace I think I'll be recovered in little time.
