Hi guys, Well, i have tried all your other varieties of shrooms, which I love! so I thought I'd give Alchemy a go. I have Chrohns disease, so it sounded like the right one for me due to the fermented process and been beneficial for our microbiome. So far, so good, less bloating and general well-being.
