How To Introduce A Mushroom Supplement Into Your Daily Routine

Mushroom Coffee

Hot Chocolate

If you’re not one for caffeinated drinks, you may enjoy your mushroom supplement in your morning hot chocolate. Once again, simply add ¼ teaspoon to ½ teaspoon of your supplement to your hot chocolate and sip away. 

Smoothies

Having your mushroom supplement in your morning smoothie is probably one of the healthiest ways to enjoy it (depending on what you put in your smoothie, of course), and your smoothie ingredients can mask the taste of the mushroom powder. A ¼ teaspoon to ½ teaspoon is recommended. 

Over Oats

Do you enjoy eating oats in the morning? Eat your oats as you usually would, and then simply sprinkle your mushroom powder (¼ teaspoon to ½ teaspoon) over your breakfast oats.

Now that your breakfast or morning beverage is out the way, you can go about your day while enjoying the many benefits that your mushroom supplement has to offer you.
