I haven’t had any negative experiences. My sleep is decent. On days where I wouldn’t get enough sleep, I’d usually have a headache but I never have headaches anymore, even after 2 days of bad sleep. No difference in cognitive abilities but I believe that’s as a result of a lesser dose of the related mushrooms. Overall it’s decent however, if you’re looking to work on and see bigger differences, you should get specific mushrooms that have the relevant shrooms in the right dosage.

Love this product!! I bought this for both myself and my 22 yr old daughter. Both have different needs and lifestyles.
