After almost a decade of inconsistent sleep whilst raising kids, my sleep was in need of some major TLC. The kids started sleeping through the night but I was still waking out of habit & my overactive mind was keeping me awake. Have been taking these for 2 and a half weeks in the hope that they will help with my terrible sleep patterns. I haven't noticed any difference yet. I did sleep through the night for the first time in forever last night, but until that happens for maybe a week in a row I can't say that it's the mushrooms working. I would love to be able to say these are working, but certainly not yet.
