I've been taking the different options Flow state has to offer, from the powder am/pm mixes to the capsules (which have been great for bringing my very needed dose of mushrooms with me when travelling). I've been taking them mainly to help me with my post concussion symptoms (which - for those who never experienced a concussion- can go from headaches to emotional disorders and everything in between) . Taking the am/pm or the my complete and lions mane, has helped me feel more centred, concentrated, relaxed , sleep well at night and I also know that they are working well on my inmune system , guts etc. Now I bought the Alchemy to give them a try, but I have only started taking them five days ago, which is perfect timing as I've just got covid for the first time, I'm on day 2 and only had the first day as a bad flu with fever and all that, but today feeling way better already, so at this peace I think I'll be recovered in little time.

I have been using flowstate ALCHEMY for a few years along with my complete. Ive found my mental state is calmed. Which is great for me and those around me. Thankyou so much. My immune system gets tested all the time as i work with at risk students and I seem to just brush off colds and am rarely Off sick.
