Flow State’s PM blend is a blend of Reishi, Chaga and Turkey Tail, designed to support the immune system, organ health, and help you sink into a peaceful state of calm.
The PM blend is the perfect addition to your evening routine, helping you drop into the parasympathetic nervous system.
Each tin contains 100 grams of the following mushrooms:
Chaga extract (Inonotus obliquus)
Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum)
Turkey Tail extract (Trametes versicolor)

How to use:
Mix 1/2 teaspoon into your tea, coffee, smoothie or any food of your choice. Froth it up. Can be added to anything hot or cold.
If you are sensitive to extracts, start with a 1/4 teaspoon. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.
Time of day:
A.M: Usually in the morning or midday. If you're wanting to pump out work in the evening, by all means - go for it.
P.M: Usually in the afternoon or evening, however these mushrooms are fine to take in the morning, too!
Once opened, use within 3 months. Best stored in the fridge.

New ZealandI like how Ive managed to come off caffeine (amazing) and have my am blend in a decaf coffee. I never thought that could happen. At night I love popping the mushroom blend in a liquorice tea. At first I could taste it each time, but quite quickly I adjusted to the taste and truely no longer taste it. Which is quite incredible as I don’t even like the taste of mushrooms.

Suffering from troubled sleep for years, I was recently Reishi mushrooms to try. I gave tablets from a big brand store a go, but didn't have much improvement in me sleeping or mood. I searched out a powder form and happily landed on Flow State. My AM & PM Blend Bundle arrived days before what turned out to big week of work full of stress, which often gets brought home and adds to the sleepless nights. The AM Lions Maine blend definitely helped with focus & some energy throughout the morning at work. While the PM Reishi blend led to some deep restful sleeping. I did wake throughout the night, but now find it easier to go back to sleep and wake in the am more restful.

I think the funniest thing is I usually get woken by the slightest sounds, but I’ve been not waking to airplanes and my partner said he actually heard my first ever snore. Amazing.
