How to use:
Mix 1/2 teaspoon into your tea, coffee, smoothie or any food of your choice. Froth it up. Can be added to anything hot or cold.
If you are sensitive to extracts, start with a 1/4 teaspoon. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.
Time of day:
A.M: Usually in the morning or midday. If you're wanting to pump out work in the evening, by all means - go for it.
P.M: Usually in the afternoon or evening, however these mushrooms are fine to take in the morning, too!
Four: Usually morning to midday. It also provides a nice afternoon boost.
Once opened, use within 3 months. Best stored in the fridge.

From day 1, I felt a difference and it's only getting better. I use the AM shroom powder in my yoghurt/chia/blue berry bowl early in the morning and the PM powder in some water at night before going to bed. I have been so impressed that I have given away 2 bundels to whanau and friends.

Having struggled with sleep going on two decades now, I’ve tried an assortment of supplements and various techniques to help me achieve a decent night sleep. The PM blend absolutely hit the mark with that! Only complaint being that I ended up sleeping straight through my alarm on day one. The AM bundle eased me straight out of that and I was holding proper conversation without stumbling over my words and thoughts without having had my first coffee of the day. Also seeing success in cutting back my caffeine intake which is excellent and the frother makes getting rid of any clumps a breeze. Highly recommend to anybody looking at cutting back on their caffeine intake, looking for a cognitive boost during the day and getting a decent nights sleep without feeling groggy the next day.
