It was my first experience with mushrooms. I was a bit scared at the begining, but after few weeks of using it I could feel slight difference in my mood and general feeling. I have MS and have just stopped using antidepressants after almost a year and Flow state mushroom was good choice as a bridging fase. I feel so much better in my body. I still need more time to see bigger difference, but so far I am very satisfied.
